Services

  Services | Ista Health

Our service proposition raises the standard for primary and community care provision with the following set of quantifiable objectives:

Partnering with GPs and health professionals to release valuable clinician resources

General Practitioners and the practice team are the most valuable resources in the NHS primary care organisation for the delivery of clinical services. Ista Health relieves a significant burden of clinically administrative responsibilities from the daily workload of the practice team. For example, we can release up to 50 minutes per day, per GP, every day.

This release allows considerable amounts of time to be re-directed to deliver more effective front-line clinical services.

Improving patient access

Patient and government expectations are continuously raised with reference to patient access to primary care services. Ista Health’s unique position enables greater patient contact and access to important services, resources, and information.

Reducing patient risk

Ista Health has researched and identified numerous key risk areas and developed the processes to manage these risks. This allows primary care to become a safer place for patients to receive and clinicians to practice effective health care.

Improving cost effectiveness of medications

  Services | Ista Health

As a leading centre in the implementation of evidence based medicines management, Ista Health’s unique business model give all primary care clinicians the confidence that medicines are being used optimally, for every patient, throughout their care.

This not only implies reducing wastage today, but containing costs into the future and allowing vital NHS funds to be deployed to their most appropriate targets.

Improving patient centric medicines management

Understanding and tailoring care to the needs of every patient, every time, is a great challenge today and for the future. Ista Health delivers the most up-to-date medicines management research into the care of every patient. This allows the greatest possible opportunity to improve patient care where medications are involved.
